The Flight is led by an executive committee. The committee includes the President, Vice President, Business Manager and the chairs of the Recruitment, Marketing/Public Relations, Member Events, Campus Events and Alumni Relations committees. The committees have the following responsibilities:

Member Events

Responsible for planning and executing events specifically geared towards members such as retreats, end of term parties and member-only events.

Campus Events

Responsible for planning and executing events open to members and non-members such as the Senior Send Off, Homecoming and the Blood Drive.

Recruitment

Responsible for creating programs to recruit and retain members, including working with the Member Events and Campus Wide Events committees to identify recruitment opportunities at all Flight events.

Alumni Relations

Responsible for coordinating student/alumni events such as Connect the Ducks, student participation in the 50th Reunion and alumni meet and greets.

Marketing/Public Relations

Working in conjunction with the UOAA to create advertising for Flight events.
